![]() ![]() You might look at buying your wife a black 2nd generation Nano from the Apple Online Store: ![]() I returned the item and if you are unwilling to upgrade your OS you should do the same thing. ![]() I did recently overlook this in making a $25 purchase and it didn't work. I usually do research every purchase I make that involves a significant amount of money, and I especially do with computer hardware/software due to always existing compatibility issues. It doesn't matter if they release iTunes 7.4 for Windows 2k (which isn't likely to happen), the 3rd Generation Nano will not be compatible with Windows 2K, OS X 10.3.9, etc.
